What is my job?
My title is expeditor/food runner. My job is to make sure food gets from the kitchen to guests in an orderly and timely manner.
What are skills required for my job?
You need to be clean, organized, and able to stay calm under pressure. I’ve also learned to be able to make my voice heard. In this position I am the eyes and ears for the kitchen and the voice for my teammates.
What do I love about working for 21c?
I love to be able to say I work for a company that’s growing tremendously, and to share the background story on the hotel and the Penguins with our guests. I also love that we aren’t just employees, we’re one big family.
What do I do when not at work?
When I’m not at work I’m cleaning, doing word searches or eating cheesecake.
