Leaders

SARAH ROBBINS | Chief Operating Officer
A founding partner of 21c and responsible for hotel operations, food & beverage, sales & marketing, brand management, accounting, and human resources. Robbins previously held roles with the group as Chief Hospitality Officer and SVP Operations Prior to 21c, Sarah launched several new concepts for Myriad Restaurant Group and managed New York’s Tribeca Grill.

ALICE GRAY STITES | Chief Curator and Museum Director
Alice curates exhibitions and oversees commissions, cultural programming, and museum operations for 21c’s multiple venues, in addition to collaborating with Steve and Laura Lee on art sourcing and acquisitions. Prior to this role with 21c, Alice was Director of artwithoutwalls, Adjunct Curator for the Speed Art Museum, and has served in various editorial roles for ARTnews, Contemporanea, and Art & Auction.

IBERIA MELGAR | VP of Revenue Management, Ennismore  
Iberia is responsible for identifying current and future revenue opportunities while growing the overall strategy and awareness of the brand and maximizing room revenue, profit and market share. Iberia most recently held the title of Director of Revenue Management & Distribution. Prior to joining 21c Iberia worked with Parker New York, a Hyatt Hotels and Resorts Affiliate, Viceroy Hotels and Morgans Hotel Group as Senior Director of Revenue Management in New York City.  

MICHELLE BEARMAN | VP of Sales, Americas for Ennismore 
Michelle leads the overall sales strategy, efforts and performance for 21c’s Sales teams, development of key accounts and partnerships, and provides field support to leverage regional/global resources. Prior to her role at Ennismore, Michelle joined 21c Museum Hotels as Senior Director of Sales. Michelle served as Global Director of Sales for Hyatt Hotels Corporation.

ADRIANNA JURAN | Brand Marketing Director, Ennismore  
Adrianna oversees the brand strategy to enhance the strong art foundations of 21c by developing global initiatives and campaigns that drive brand love, awareness and commercial objectives. Prior to her role at Ennismore, Adrianna led marketing strategies for brands including Dream Hotel Group, Autograph Collection by Marriott, independent lifestyle hotels and The Kentucky Derby. 

VANESSA MILLER | Senior Director of 21c Food & Beverage
Vanessa leads F&B concepts and leaders of all 21c properties across the U.S., thinking creatively and strategically about the food & beverage program as a pillar of the overall 21c Museum Hotel experience. Prior to this role, Vanessa Executive Chef & Director of Food & Beverage of Metropole at 21c Cincinnati. Prior to joining 21c, Miller held several impressive leadership roles throughout New York City restaurants, including Spring Place, Citizens Coffee, and the iconic boutique property, The Royalton, a member of Morgans Hotel Group, which is also part of the Ennismore family of brands. 

PATRICK WEBER | Senior Director of Museum Operations 
Patrick is responsible for executing the standards of 21c Museum installations, exhibitions, programming, events, and communication across the portfolio. Prior to 21c, Patrick worked at The Museum of Contemporary Art Los Angeles, most recently as Director of Operations and Sustainability, and was Lead Exhibition Designer/Installation Manager/Senior Preparator at the Wexner Center for the Arts. 

SHELLEY MESZOLY | Area General Manager, 21c Cincinnati and 21c Durham
Shelley oversees all hotel operations, focusing on revenue growth, marketing, customer retention, revenue management and guest relations for hotels in her region. Shelley previously held the role of General Manager for 21c Cincinnati. Prior to joining 21c she was the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for Fairmount Southampton, Bermuda and Caribbean region. 

ANDREW CARTER | Area General Manager, 21c Louisville and 21c Lexington  
Andrew oversees the day-to-day operations of properties and provides support and oversight to regional locations, working closely with General Managers. Andrew has been with 21c since 2009, starting his career as the Housekeeping Manager of 21c Louisville.  Andrew has been promoted throughout the years to Operations Manager of 21c Durham, General Manager of 21c Lexington, and General Manager of 21c Louisville. 

MOLLY SWYERS | Design Consultant to 21c
Former 21c Chief Brand Officer and partner, Molly continues to provide interior design services to the 21c Brand. Prior to joining 21c, Molly worked in design and merchandising roles for consumer brands such as Gap Inc., Calvin Klein, and Hartmann.

LAURA LEE BROWN + STEVE WILSON

21c founders Laura Lee Brown and Steve Wilson sought to share their passion for contemporary art and help revitalize downtown Louisville. Both native Kentuckians, this husband and wife team has found success by letting their passion and intuition serve as a guide in hospitality, farming, preservation, philanthropic giving, investing and collecting contemporary art.

Brown and Wilson also own and operate Hermitage Farm, a historic, working thoroughbred and sport horse farm in Goshen, Kentucky. Native Kentuckians, they share a deep appreciation for the Commonwealth’s rural and urban architectural landscapes alike.
