LAURA LEE BROWN + STEVE WILSON

21c founders Laura Lee Brown and Steve Wilson sought to share their passion for contemporary art and help revitalize downtown Louisville. Both native Kentuckians, this husband and wife team has found success by letting their passion and intuition serve as a guide in hospitality, farming, preservation, philanthropic giving, investing and collecting contemporary art.

Brown and Wilson also own and operate Hermitage Farm, a historic, working thoroughbred and sport horse farm in Goshen, Kentucky. Native Kentuckians, they share a deep appreciation for the Commonwealth’s rural and urban architectural landscapes alike.

CRAIG GREENBERG | President + CEO
A founding partner of 21c, Craig oversees the strategic direction as well as the daily operations of the company and is well-regarded for his expertise in complex and creative financing models.

CHETT ABRAMSON | Chief Operating Officer
A founding partner of 21c, Chett oversees hotel operations, sales, accounting and IT, drawing on decades of experience in the hospitality industry leading operational teams and systems. Prior to joining 21c, Chett worked for Myriad Restaurant Group and Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

SARAH ROBBINS | Chief Hospitality Officer
A founding partner of 21c, Sarah oversees Food and Beverage operations and HR, drawing on her exceptional experience to lead people and processes. Prior to 21c, Sarah launched several new concepts for Myriad Restaurant Group and managed New York’s Tribeca Grill.

MOLLY SWYERS | Chief Brand Officer
Molly oversees brand marketing and communications, architecture, interior design, and retail merchandising. Prior to joining 21c, Molly worked in design and merchandising roles for consumer brands such as Gap Inc., Calvin Klein, and Hartmann.

PHILLIP ALLEN | Chief Development Officer and General Counsel
Phillip oversees development and legal. Prior to joining 21c, Phillip served as General Counsel for a division of Yum! Brands and practiced securities and mergers & acquisitions law at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York City.

ALICE GRAY STITES | Chief Curator and Museum Director
Alice curates exhibitions and oversees commissions, cultural programming, and museum operations for 21c’s multiple venues, in addition to collaborating with Steve and Laura Lee on art sourcing and acquisitions. Prior to this role with 21c, Alice was Director of artwithoutwalls, Adjunct Curator for the Speed Art Museum, and has served in various editorial roles for ARTnews, Contemporanea, and Art & Auction.
