Signature Pride Cocktails

Each drink benefits a local charity

As if you needed an excuse for another round, every 21c restaurant has created a unique (and delicious) Pride cocktail with a portion of proceeds from each drink going to a local charity that supports the LGBTQIA+ community. We’ll cheers to that!

21c Bentonville & The Hive: Stonewall Inn benefiting NWA Equality

1 oz Pear Brandy 

.5 oz Hayman’s London Dry Gin 

.75 oz Dry German Riesling 

.25 oz Solerno Blood Orange 

.25 oz St. Germain 

2 dashes orange bitters 

Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Express a lemon peel over the drink and place the peel on the rim of the drink. 

 

 

 

21c Cincinnati & Metropole: Red Leather, Yellow Leather benefiting Lighthouse Family Youth Services

1 oz strawberry-rhubarb syrup 

1/2 oz Nonino Amaro 

1/4 oz fino sherry 

1/4 oz lemon juice 

2 dashes cardamom bitters 

4 oz prosecco 

Build in wine glass.  Add ice and gently stir.

 

 

 

21c Durham & Counting House: Raspberry Beret benefiting LGBTQ Center of Durham

1 oz. tiki shrub

4 oz sparkling wine

In a cocktail glass, add ingredients and stir. Garnish with lemon peel and serve.

For Tiki Shrub:

4 cups mixed berries

2 cups distilled white vinegar

2 cups water

1 cup sugar

Bring to a boil for 20 minutes. Let cool and strain all the fruit out. Place in refrigerator and use within one week.

 

 

21c Kansas City & The Savoy at 21c: Pride Pastiche benefiting Kansas City Center for Inclusion

1.5 oz Coconut Infused Tom’s Town Gin 

.5 oz Rum-Bar Overproof Rum 

.5 Demerara Syrup 

.5 Giffard Creme de Cacao 

.75 Lime Juice 

.5 Pineapple Juice 

10 dashes of House Tiki Juice

1.5 oz Castle & Key Gin 

Top with Tonic 

Garnish with Passion: 

   Two dehydrated lemon wheels 

   Two orange peels

   Two sprigs of cilantro

   Borage flower 

 

 

 

21c Louisville & Proof on Main: Sweet Evening Breeze benefiting Sweet Evening Breeze LGBT Youth Shelter

 

2oz Fresh Cucumber Juice 

.5oz Ginger Juice (scant) 

.5oz Calamansi Juice 

1oz Lemon Balm Syrup 
 
Shake and strain over fresh pebble ice, and garnish with mint and cucumber. 

 

 

 

 

21c Nashville & Gray & Dudley: Gay & Studly benefiting Just Us at Oasis Center

 

1oz Cathead Bitter Orange 

.5oz Tempus Fugit Creme de Violette 

.5oz Giffard Creme de Fraise 

1.5oz rosé 

1oz lemon juice 

.5oz simple syrup 

Shake and strain over ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

 

 

21c Oklahoma City & Mary Eddy’s: All That Glitters benefiting Freedom Oklahoma

1.5oz Coconut Rum

.5oz Vanilla Almond Milk

.5oz Aperol

.5oz Pineapple Juice

1 tbsp. Plain Greek Yogurt

Shaken, served up.
