The Toki Run
The Toki Run is made with Japanese whiskey, which is closer to a scotch than the familiar American made whiskey. This adds an unexpected, but delicious twist on the standard Mint Julep. It’s creative, and breaks with the norm just enough to have your guests talking.
3 oz Toki Japanese Whiskey
1 oz Ginger syrup
4 Shiso mint leaves (Japanese mint)
