Natasha Burns built a career working in some of the country’s best spas. After two years in Phoenix and a decade in Las Vegas, Natasha was ready for a chance of pace and jumped at the opportunity to join the opening team at 21c Museum Hotel Cincinnati in 2012. “Cincinnati is such a great place to raise a family. And the 21c Team truly accepts you as you are.” says Natasha.

As Spa Manager, she oversees guest experience at the Queen City’s prime pampering destination. She credits 21c with allowing her to “learn so much on the business side of spa and hotel. And I’ll never forget the moment when our team received the Conde Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice  #1 Hotel in the US award. It was such a great honor, not only for the hotel, but the city of Cincinnati!”
