Put energy back into your meetings

We have all experienced it – sitting for multiple hours at obligatory conferences or day-long meetings: you’re stuck in a chair and time seems to drag by, waiting for the next break in monotony. At 21c Museum Hotels,  meetings are anything but boring so below we’ve listed 4 ways to re-energize and put a spin on your next run-of-the-mill meetings.

Ditch the chair: Don’t let attendees fall asleep in their chairs – with site-specific and rotating art exhibits, there are so many reason to get up and get moving. Meeting packages can be designed with built-in time dedicated to a personalized gallery tours with one of our docents, or schedule some time to let your attendees wander freely on their own: gallery spaces are open 24/7 and gallery hunt guides are also available.

Free Your Mind and Get creative: Boost brain waves with classes sure to get your creativity flowing: make the most of your breaks with mini art sessions – whether you prefer self led paint-by-numbers, or a 20 minute lesson in drawing, we can provide the supplies or the instructor. Fancy a little culinary action? Schedule a cooking class at our award-winning on-site restaurants with personal lessons from one of our chefs (yum!)

The Boozy Break: Okay, so this one might be our favorite. Each of our properties share significant Bourbon appreciation and can easily incorporate fun Bourbon flight tastings into your meeting package. Want to incorporate a little constructive learning? Our Craft Cocktail Classes  allow instruction from our creative bar staff letting your group to unwind with a libation in hand.

Get Physical: Take advantage of our fitness center, or schedule a yoga class, sure to help your guests stretch their body and mind with a little office yoga on your next break. Or maybe a little relaxation is just what you need: help your guests unwind and choose from a variety of Spa services, like chair and hand massages.
