21c Museum Hotel is bringing yet another new experience to the Atlanta Food & Wine Festival FRI 05.30.14 – SUN 06.01.14: The 21c Digital Lounge.
Located in the Loews Hotel Chastain Room, The 21c Digital Lounge is the hub for social activity during the Atlanta Food & Wine Festival. Stop by Friday through Sunday to talk bourbon, cocktails and food with chef Michael Paley, chef Levon Wallace and chef Matthew McClure and friends. There will be lively discussions, cocktails and snacks (this IS a food festival after all!)
Are you and your phone attached at the hip? The 21c Digital Lounge will also have complimentary charging stations so you don’t miss a beat tweeting/instagramming all those great dishes and cocktails. Craving some culture? Don’t miss the video artwork All Together Now by Hans Op De Beeck.

> Swing by at 1pm for High South Tea Sandwiches and a chat on Arkansas food with chefs Matthew McClure of The Hive and Rob Nelson of Tusk & Trotter in Bentonville.
> Bourbon more your speed? Four Roses Master Distiller Jim Rutledge will be on-hand from 1pm-2pm to chat about Kentucky’s native spirit.
> ALL DAY: Take a load off anytime and enjoy Four Roses bourbon tastings, an Annie Hall cocktail and Arkansas Trail Mix courtesy of chef McClure.
> Giddy about grains? Stop by at 11am and geek out with chefs Michael Paley of Metropole, Cocktail Terrace and Garage Bar and Shaun Doty of Bantam + Biddy. Paley will be dishing up his Artichoke Tabbouleh. And since you’ll need something to wash down all that grainy goodness, we’ll be mixing our summer favorites: The Slim Shandy (a beer cocktail with pilsner, jasmine cilantro simple syrup and lemon juice) and The Wild Child (a wine cocktail with jasmine, orange peel and juniper berries.)
> At noon, Nosh on Wallace’s Dill Pickle Chicken Rinds with Pimento Cheese (need we say more?!)
> At 2pm, fuel up your phone before you head to the tasting tents and listen in on chefs Levon Wallace of Proof on Main and Asha Gomez of Cardamom Hill’s tribute to the South as an adopted and beloved home.

> The day of recovery. Drift in anytime for chef Wallace’s Bourbon Barrel Caramel Corn and refreshing shrub drinks, like our favorite Jasmine Cilantro Lemonade. (don’t worry, after 12:30, we will have Bourbon and beer to pair with those too!)
