Just in time for bourbon heritage month, 21c Museum Hotels has launched a new barrel program in partnership with local bourbon and brandy distilleries. First up is a preparation made exclusively for 21c by Copper and Kings. The Copper and Kings 21c Private Cask is a blend of American Pot Still Brandies stored for two years in bourbon barrels. The initial taste hearkens back to the barrel with vanilla and caramel notes finishing with toasty wood notes and fruit. Says area beverage director Chea Beckley,”this is definitely a bourbon lover’s brandy.”

Tastings of the newly-minted brandy can be had at the Proof on Main lounge; guests and visitors can purchase bottles of the 21c Selects brandy at the 21c Museum Shops at 21c Louisville and 21c Lexington.
