Hog & Barrel 2022 – An Evening With Pappy Van Winkle

Join us this December for an incredibly special evening of Pappy Van Winkle bourbon flights curated alongside a 5-course, whole hog dinner prepared by 21c Executive Chefs Jeff Dailey (21c LouisvilleProof on Main), Jeff Seizer (21c DurhamCounting House), and Matthew Daughaday (21c St. Louis, opening 2023).

The evening will kick off with a cocktail reception, followed by collaborative nose-to-tail dishes and Pappy 10yr., 12yr., 15yr., 20yr., and 23yr.
