About Fragile Figures: Beings and Time
From the micro systems at work in the human body, to the macro – social, cultural, and political – that shape how we see self and other, the artworks featured in Fragile Figures: Beings and Time illuminate the complexity of identity, revealing intersections between vulnerability and power in portraiture. Individual and group identity are approached through direct references to noted works from art history, connecting past events to current issues.
About Robert Morgan: Myths and Stories
Robert Morgan: Myths and Stories is a survey of works from multiple projects over the span of the artist’s decades-long practice. His works depict a lifetime of loving those around him and trying to honor their stories.
