In honor of the 10th Anniversary of 21c Louisville and Proof on Main, we’re hosting a series of guest chef dinners featuring the executive chefs from each of our 21c restaurants. Executive chef Mike Wajda of Proof on Main has invited the executive chefs from each 21c restaurant to collaborate on dinner menus that will showcase the unique culinary character of each visiting chef.
In April, we’re thrilled to welcome executive chef Jared Bennett of Metropole restaurant at 21c Cincinnati. The evening will begin with passed canapés followed by a tapas-style dinner served family style. Dishes will be comprised of fresh spring produce from Woodland Farm, coupled with ingredients charred in Metropole’s wood-burning fireplace.
