In celebration of National Bourbon Heritage Month, Proof on Main is excited to welcome Willett Distillery.  The night will kick off with cocktails and canapes in Gallery Four, followed by an intimate three course dinner at Proof prepared by chef Levon Wallace, paired with a few of our favorite selections from Willett Distillery. The dinner is $89++/person.
