Chef Michael Paley invites you to veg out! Beginning on Monday, February 20, Proof on Main and Garage Bar will embrace Meatless Mondays. Chef Paley will offer a special three-course menu featuring a starter, main and dessert for $35/person. Our friends at Garage Bar are getting in on the action too. Their Monday Kitchen Specialty will be vegetarian and will include the choice of a salad or dessert in the price. Both restaurants will continue to serve their regular menus for those who just can’t go without the meat.
Meatless Monday is an international campaign that encourages people to not eat meat on Mondays to improve their health and the health of the planet.
