This cocktail is a butterfly pea-infused Wheatley vodka with basil, thyme and blackberry syrup, lemon, and an Oloroso sherry foam. The basil and thyme lend a nice spice to the drink and the nuttiness of the sherry compliments the blackberries perfectly. Topped with edible gold glitter and macerated blackberries, this drink embodies the spirit of Pride. Proceeds from each drink will go to the Lexington Pride Festival — you’ll find us there June 29-30th.

Glitter LaBeija 

2 oz vodka

½ oz lemon juice

½ oz blackberry syrup

¼ oz sherry

2 macerated blackberries

1 egg white

Edible glitter

Add ingredients to a shaker and dry shake. Fill the tin with ice and wet shake. Double strain and garnish with macerated blackberries and edible glitter.
