Stonewall Inn is a spirit-forward, assertive cocktail inspired by the freedom of expression and individuality. A play on the classic Vesper, there are two modifying liqueurs, St. Germain and Solerno, that provide citrus and floral notes to accentuate the base spirits and the dry Riesling. 1 oz Pear Brandy

.5 oz Artanical Ozark Botanical Gin (Fox Trail Distillery)

.75 oz Dry German Riesling

.25 oz Solerno Blood Orange

.25 oz St. Germain

2 dashes orange bitters

Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Express a lemon peel over the drink and place the peel on the rim of the drink.
