Looking for a new Thanksgiving (or Friendsgiving) tradition? The Hive at 21c Museum Hotel Bentonville will offer guests several opportunities to dine with family and friends this holiday season.
Four-time James Beard Award Semifinalist executive chef Matthew McClure will pair his famous fried chicken with traditional holiday sides, typically reserved for Thanksgiving Day, for The Hive’s Sunday Supper meal on Sunday, November 19 and Sunday, November 26, from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. The three-course prix fixe menu will be available for $39 per person in addition to the regular à la carte dinner menu.
Thanksgiving Dinner at The Hive
McClure will also prepare a special Thanksgiving menu on Thursday, November 23 from Noon to 7 p.m. at The Hive. The four-course meal will start with featured dishes like wild mushroom tarte with quark, madeira and puff pastry, and pumpkin agnolotti with brown butter, hazelnuts and sage. A tasty bite of sweet potato biscuit with smoked pork belly will follow before a feast of main dishes including braised beef brisket with saffron cabbage and oats, and the more traditional smoked turkey from Falling Sky Farm in Leslie, Arkansas with cornbread stuffing and pole beans. Lastly, desserts including sweet potato custard and pecan pie will complete the meal. The four-course table d’hôte menu is available for $45 to $54 per person.
