Beginning SAT 8.3.2013, Registered Yoga Teacher Rose Friesen will lead classes on Saturdays from 10am-11am. Sessions are still just $5 at the door. Attendees should bring their own mat or towel and water and arrive early to ensure a spot because space is limited.
