Inspired by the bounty of the harvest, Chef Michael Paley and Proof on Main will host two Dirt to Table vegetarian dinners. For two nights – September 27 and 28 – Chef Paley will feature a special a la carte menu of beautifully prepared vegetable dishes in place of the regular dinner menu. Turning the tables on carnivores, there will be only one meat option offered. The menu will feature produce from the Proof garden at Woodland Farm, as well as other local farmers and producers.
