Raise a glass to our Bourbon heritage this September. All month long, a special bourbon cocktail list will be available at Proof.

We’re also offering the chance to learn from the area’s top bourbon connoisseurs as we feature bourbons from across the Commonwealth. Guest distillers will be on hand – from 5:30 to 7:30pm – to answer questions and guide you through the history of their bourbons. Proof will offer special tasting flights and a signature cocktail.

Reservations for the bar events are not necessary, but if you’d like to gain extra credit by practicing food pairings with your newly acquired bourbon knowledge, dinner reservations can be made by calling 502.217.6360. All this extracurricular learning is just in time for the Kentucky Bourbon Festival. Held every September, it is a celebration no bourbon enthusiast should miss.
