Join Lockbox for our Fork + Bottle dinner series, where we highlight our favorite guest brewers, distillers and winemakers with special pairings for a prix fixe prepared by executive chef Jonathan Searle. For our maiden voyage, we present a dinner with Sebastiano Cappone of Villa Calcinaia. Sebastiano lives in Chianti country in Italy on an estate owned by the family since 1524, which produces carefully crafted organic wines. The Villa Calcinaia philosophy is: “Love for the land, respect for tradition, and the rightful pride in bearing the name of Capponi.” A 4 course dinner with wine parings will be presented, including a cocktail hour with passed canapes for $75 per person.
