Our specialty cocktail, PRIDE. is inspired by endless summer days that end with a cocktail. A bouquet of mismatched flowers, to represent the diversity that surrounds us. Diversity in who we are and in who we want to be. PRIDE. is inspired by creating something beautiful and unique with another. Proceeds from each drink go to the Center for Inclusion. You’ll also find us at PrideFest on June 2nd.

PRIDE. 

1½ oz. Absolut Vodka

¾ oz. Chareau Aloe Liqueur

¾ oz. lemon juice

½ oz. honey

1 egg white

Combine all ingredients and shake. Strain into a fizzio glass and garnish with rainbow rice paper penguin.
