What you didn’t learn in history class was that our colonial forefathers (and mothers) dreamed up the first cocktails, as booze was often safer to drink than water back in the day. This November, join us in The Vault at 21c Durham for a special menu of colonial cocktails, featuring go-to colonial era ingredients like rum, cider, ale, cream, sugar, molasses, eggs, spices, citrus and shrubs.
