Chef Thomas Card is preparing a three-course prix fixe menu all weekend long, featuring spring specials like Rotisserie Poulet Rouge with sorghum, basil and rhubarb and Spinach Cresto De Gallo with ramps, white asparagus and parmesan. Price for the dinner is $70 per person. Wine pairings are available for an additional $30 per person.
