21c Museum Hotels is pleased to announce the appointment of Gabe Isaac to the position of General Manager of 21c Museum Hotel in Cincinnati. Isaac has been with 21c Museum Hotels since 2009 and was previously the Director of Operations at 21c Louisville. In this role he will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations, sales, and community and guest relations.

Isaac joined 21c in 2009 as a Front Desk Supervisor at 21c Louisville, and quickly worked his way up to Director of Operations in 2012. 21c Louisville experienced significant revenue and performance growth over the several years Isaac has played a leadership role on the property. Revenues have grown 151% since 2009, when Isaac became the Rooms Director.

21c Museum Hotels VP of Hotel Operations Craig Pishotti says, “Gabe has played a pivotal role to help develop the operating standards for 21c and implement them across all of our properties. He helped launch both Cincinnati and Bentonville, training the leaders of those properties and acting as a continued source of support and mentorship. He will no doubt be successful in his new position at 21c Cincinnati.”
