Wine & Dine Wednesdays

$99Calling all wine lovers: The Hive invites you to join us for April’s installment of Wine & Dine Wednesdays. This month will feature a five course dinner prepared by Chef Matthew McClure with pairings from Mercer Estates Winery. At 6:30pm we’ll start the night off with a welcome cocktail, followed by dinner at 7pm. Mercer will provide a single vineyard collection not available at most retailers.
About the winemaker: Mercer Estates Winery is in its fourth generation of farming in Washington State’s Horse Heaven Hills. Wines are produced from premium grapes grown sustainably and with the intent for conservation. One of the Mercer Winery’s chief goals is to preserve and protect the land for future generations. In Horse Heaven Hills they primarily produce Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Mourvedre, Malbec, Sangiovese, Petit Verdot and Grenache.
