Join Proof on Main for a six-course feast that celebrates the whole hog and fine Bourbons from Old Rip Van Winkle Distillery. This year, Michael Paley will be in the kitchen with Chefs Steven Satterfield of Miller Union in Atlanta and Tyler Brown of The Capitol Grille in Nashville. The chefs will collaborate on a menu that is designed to use the whole hog from nose to tail, combining cuts from different parts of the hog in each savory course.
