Fork + Bottle: New Riff Distillery

Do you love a fine wine? Craft beer? Sipping bourbon? So do we. Join us at Proof on Main for our Fork + Bottle dinner series where we highlight our favorite guest brewers, distillers and winemakers with special pairings for tasting menus prepared by executive chef Mike Wajda. In February, we’re welcoming New Riff Distilling for a three-course dinner paired with O.K.I. Straight Bourbon Whiskey and New Riff Kentucky Wild Gin. The evening will kick off with a reception and passed canapés, followed by dinner including tastings of five different spirits led by special guests Jay Erisman and Mollie Lewis of New Riff Distillery.

Some of the featured spirits will include an O.K.I. 10 year old Brandy Barrel Finish Bourbon, 21c Selects O.K.I. 10 year old Cask Strength Bourbon and New Riff Bourbon Barrel Aged Wild Gin. Spirits from the dinner will be available in limited quantities for purchase from the 21c Museum Shop.
