In honor of Dad, chef Levon Wallace will be firing up the gastro grill with a special a la carte menu of manly meals (think burgers, wings, brisket, and more) alongside your Proof brunch favorites. Plus, the Proof Bar will be serving up the best in Kentucky Bourbons. We’ll be serving brunch on both SAT 06.14.14 and SUN 06.15.14 from 10am-1pm in the dining room and until 3pm in the bar.
