Cochon 555 Competition

$125.00This is the first national BBQ event dedicated to supporting a new direction for heritage breed pigs. Heritage BBQ aims to engage BBQ chefs/restaurants in local and sustainable food conversations in an effort to raise awareness for responsible farming by hosting events with amazing chefs, craft brewers, great winemakers and prestigious distillers. Louisville is the final stop on the 3 city Heritage BBQ and Bourbon tour.
The Cochon 555 is a friendly tasting competition between local chefs where Heritage BBQ will send the winner to the Grand Cochon at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen. The winner of the Grand Cochon will then participate in the All-Star Cochon in Las Vegas in October. The participants of Cochon are heart-felt, authentic in their passion for reinventing farm to table every day at work.
