Chiara Boschis is one of the first female winemakers in the Langhe wine region and develops Barolo wine for E. Pira & Figli ​in Italy. Boschis will be joining Proof on Main for two exclusive events surrounding her acclaimed wines. Each event will provide a rare opportunity to not only indulge in limited produced wines, but leave with an influx of knowledge on winemaking and the flavor profiles of Barolo wine from the industry queen herself.
