In celebration of Bourbon Heritage Month, Proof on Main will partner with Buffalo Trace for a special culinary event. This intimate, 3-course dinner will take place in the Private Dining Room on 09.27.12 at 7pm and will include a reception with Drew Mayville, Lead Chemist at Buffalo Trace.
