The 9th Annual The Hog and The Barrel Dinner

On THURS 12.07.17, executive chef Mike Wajda of Proof on Main will host Heaven on Seven chef Jimmy Bannos and James Beard “Rising Star Chef of the Year” Award winner and The Purple Pig chef Jimmy Bannos Jr. for the 9th Annual The Hog and The Barrel Dinner. The chefs will collaborate on a five-course feast that is designed to use the whole hog from snout to tail, expertly paired with bourbons by Pappy Van Winkle.
