The 8th Annual The Hog and The Barrel Dinner

$150On THURS 12.01.16 at 6:30 p.m., executive chef Mike Wajda of Proof on Main will host James Beard Awards “Best Chef: Southeast” winner, Ashley Christensen, for the 8th Annual The Hog & The Barrel Dinner, a five-course feast that celebrates the whole hog with bourbon pairings by Pappy Van Winkle. The chefs will collaborate on a menu that is designed to use the whole hog from snout to tail.
