On Thursday, November 6 at 6:30 p.m., Chef Levon Wallace of Proof on Main will host Food & Wine magazine Best New Chef Chris Shepherd of Underbelly in Houston for the 6th Annual The Hog & The Barrel Dinner, a five-course feast that celebrates the whole hog. The chefs will collaborate on a menu that is designed to use the whole hog from snout to tail. Each course will be paired with a Van Winkle Bourbon.
