Join us at Counting House for our newly minted Fork + Bottle dinner series where we highlight our favorite guest brewers, distillers and winemakers with special pairings for tasting menus prepared by executive chef Thomas Card. In June, we’re welcoming Durham-based Ponysaurus Brewing Company for a five-course dinner with beer pairings featuring special guest, Keil Jansen, brewmaster at Ponysaurus. The evening will kick off with a reception with passed canapés in our art-filled gallery space. Featured pairings will include the Ponysaurus Weissbier, Don’t Be Mean to People: A Golden Rule Saison, India Pale Ale, Scottish Ale and Imperial Stout.
