Ashley Christensen Dinner and Book Signing

$95Counting House and executive chef Josh Munchel are pleased to host a dinner and book signing in celebration of the release of Poole’s: Recipes & Stories from a Modern Diner, a cookbook by Ashley Christensen. The event will begin with a welcome reception including a welcome cocktail and “counter snacks.” Dinner by executive chef Josh Munchel will feature four-courses inspired by recipes from the book. Christensen, James Beard Award winner and chef and proprietor for well-known Triangle-based restaurants such as Poole’s Diner and Death & Taxes, will meet guests and sign books at the event.
Price for the dinner is $95 per person plus tax and gratuity and includes dinner, welcome cocktail, counter snacks and a copy of the book. Wine pairings are available for an additional $20 per person.
