Our rooftop experience begins with a gentle intuitive movement yoga flow and meditation class aligned energetically with a soothing sound bath. After the yoga and sound bath experience at The Rooftop at 21c, enjoy a tea service hosted by Metropole – so you may enjoy the Queen City skyline views with tea after your class.
