As images of the post-industrial world transform into the bytes and pixels of the digital age, the sublime is becoming the supernatural.

Join us on Thursday, September 14 at 6pm to celebrate the opening of our new exhibition, The SuperNatural, with a special presentation by visiting artist Lars Jan. The new exhibition presents 85 multi-media artworks by 42 artists from across the globe exploring how the natural world is now experienced and understood as both organic and artificial.

Enjoy light bites and cocktails from Metropole, introductory remarks from 21c’s Chief Curator Alice Gray Stites, a special presentation by visiting artist Lars Jan and performance by Revolution Dance Theatre. Following the reception, join us for an after party at The Rooftop at 21c from 8pm-11pm.
