High South Hog Roast

Chef Micah Klasky is partnering with local chefs Travis McConnell, Arturo Solis, and Luke Wetzel to bring you the High South Hog Roast benefiting No Kid Hungry.
The chefs have collaborated on a delicious, summer menu. We’re talking endive and local greens salad with crispy shallots and a honey garlic dressing, an Heirloom bean stew, rustic potatoes smothered in saffron and mojo verde, grilled leeks with almonds, ajo blanco and romesco and, of course, a whole hog.
No Kid Hungry is a national campaign ran by Share Our Strength, whose only goal is to end childhood hunger. One in four children in Arkansas live in “food insecure” homes, which is even higher than the national average. Donations go directly to help children in Arkansas, through programs like School Breakfast, After School Meals and Summer Meals.
Tickets are $75 and include two drink tokens. $35 of each ticket will go to No Kid Hungry as a donation.
