Hop on down to hang with the Green Penguins. Bring the whole family to celebrate with Easter Brunch at The Hive. Chef Matthew McClure is preparing a special menu. Highlights include Green Eggs and Lamb with a spinach crepe, sweet onions, peas and carrots and a Frittata with chorizo, spinach and crispy potatoes.
