• 1 oz Pear Brandy
• .5 oz Artanical Ozark Botanical Gin (Fox Trail Distillery)
• .75 oz Dry German Riesling
• .25 oz Solerno Blood Orange
• .25 oz St. Germain
• 2 dashes orange bitters
Stir ingredients w/ ice, strain into chilled coupe. Express lemon peel over drink, place peel on rim.

Raspberry Beret
• 1 oz. tiki shrub
• 4 oz. sparkling wine
Tiki Shrub:
• (4) cups mixed berries
• (2) cups distilled white vinegar
• (2) cups water
• (1) cup sugar
Bring to a boil for 20 minutes. Let cool and strain all fruit.
