BEAR REVIEW PRESENTS reading series, a collaboration between 21c Museum Hotel and online poetry journal Bear Review, will bring to the city of fountains nationally acclaimed poets and connects them with Kansas City poets and audiences. We’ll host two to three readers per event, and two to four readings each season. We hope to begin the work of bridging gaps in our community by hosting and publishing poets who make / perform poems outside of academia and traditional poetics.
