For the March edition of the 2018 Fork + Bottle dinner series, we visit with Willamette Valley’s Harper Voit. Join us for a four-course meal inspired by offerings of the grower-centered vintner: a 2016 Pinot Blanc Surlie, a 2014 Pinot Noir Strandline; a 2014 Pinot Noir Bieze Vineyard; and a 2014 Pinot Noir Antiquum Vineyard. Chef Bennett crafted this menu in collaboration with Harper Voit owner and winemaker Drew Voit.
