The sun is out and the taps are flowing at Metropole: join us as we debut our Fork + Bottle dinner series featuring four course tasting menus crafted by chef Michael Paley along with pairings from guest brewers, distillers and winemakers. This month we’ll be showcasing a local brew takeover with drafts from Rhingeist, Blank Slate Brewery, Madtree and 50 West. We’re kicking off this week-long beer dinner on SUN 07.27.14 with the menu available all week during regular dinner hours.
