Laura Lee Brown & Steve Wilson

21c founders Laura Lee Brown and Steve Wilson sought to share their passion for contemporary art and help revitalize downtown Louisville. Both native Kentuckians, this husband and wife team has found success by letting their passion and intuition as a guide in hospitality, farming, preservation, philanthropic giving, investing and collecting contemporary art.

Brown and Wilson also own and operate Hermitage, a historic, working thoroughbred and sport horse farm in Goshen, Kentucky as well. Native Kentuckians, they share a deep appreciation for the Commonwealth’s rural and urban architectural landscapes alike.

Craig Greenberg | President

A founding partner of 21c, Craig now oversees the daily operations of the company as well as the development and financing of new properties. Previously an attorney with Frost Brown Todd, Craig developed expertise in securing and deploying federal, state, and local government incentives.

Chett Abramson | Chief Operating Officer

Drawing on two decades of industry experience, Chett oversees the financial and operational systems for 21c. Prior to joining 21c as a founding partner, Chett served as Project Director for Myriad Restaurant Group in New York City, following seven years of service at Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

Sarah Robbins | SVP of Operations

Sarah ensures the seamless relationship between each hotel and its restaurant, with direct oversight of the food & beverage program. Sarah joined 21c as a founding partner after launching several new concepts for Myriad Restaurant Group as Project Director and Lead Trainer; she also managed New York’s Tribeca Grill.

Molly Swyers | SVP of Design and Communications

Molly oversees brand marketing, architecture, interior design and graphic design. Molly brings significant experience, having served as the Director of Merchandising for Gap Inc. and in various design and merchandising roles with several other major consumer brands, such as Calvin Klein and Hartmann.

Phillip Allen | General Counsel and SVP of Human Resources

Phillip oversees all legal issues at the company, and is also responsible for the development and implementation of human resource policies. He began his career at New York firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, practicing securities and mergers and acquisitions law. Most recently, Phillip served as General Counsel for a division of Yum! Brands.

Alice Gray Stites | VP, Museum Director

Alice oversees curated exhibitions and cultural programming for each 21c property, as well as sourcing art. Before taking on this role, Alice was Director of artwithoutwalls, Adjunct Curator for the Speed Art Museum, and has served in various editorial roles for ARTnews, Contemporanea, and Art & Auction.

Myron “Bud” Bimonte | VP, Corporate Controller

Bud oversees accounting at each 21c Museum Hotel, and at the corporate level, including finance management for new projects. Bud has over 25 years of experience, including 11 years with Newport Hotel Group, where he was responsible for hotel and corporate accounting and the IT department. Bud earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of West Florida.

Craig Pishotti | VP, Hotel Operations

Craig oversees the creation of consistent guest experiences across 21c properties, with oversight of Sales & Marketing, and plays a lead role in hiring and training for each new 21c Museum Hotel. Prior to joining 21c, Craig was co-founder and CEO of GooseWing Hotels & Resorts, and served as the Managing Director at The Chanler at Cliff Walk in Newport, Rhode Island. Craig is a graduate of Cornell University.
