Explore the inaugural exhibition at 21c St. Louis, where artists recontextualize and explore history through various mediums. Chefs Matthew Daughaday and Daniel Poss have crafted an inspired four-course meal, extending these themes into a culinary journey.

- Along with dinner, guests will receive a limited edition artists’ book by WORK/PLAY. The artistic duo of Kevin and Danielle McCoy look towards the idea of Sankofa as their inspiration for the 40+ page publication. Their book highlights a key ingredient used throughout Chef Daughaday’s culinary offerings while focusing on concepts embedded within the Revival exhibition – it is wisdom in learning from the past which ensures a strong future, and that the knowledge of the past must never be forgotten. WORK/PLAY uses publishing as a medium to amplify West Africa’s pivotal role in shaping America’s Low Country crop cultivation and the preservation thereof in the here and now.
