Art goes to the movies with 21c Oklahoma City’s Filmography, a free monthly film series at 21c Oklahoma City in partnership with deadCenter Film and the Oklahoma Film Society. Filmography takes place on the third Friday of each month.

Join us in October for Ben Wheatley’s kaleidoscope vision into the unknown, “A Field in England.” Set during the English Civil War, we follow the fledgling alchemist Whitehead on his quest to recover his master’s arcane documents that were stolen by the unscrupulous wizard, O’Neill. Whitehead discovers O’Neill’s camp within the boundaries of a mushroom laden field in the English countryside. When O’Neill reveals his plan to Whitehead, we are then treated to a psychedelic journey of esoteric magic, human frailty, and unbridled madness.
