Guest Services/ Front Desk.

What skills are required?
Active Listening. You have to give your full attention to what guests are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

What do you love about working at 21c?
I love working at 21c because of the creative and fun work environment. As well as the amazing people I get to work with!
