Join us during our Sip & Tour on Friday, January 24 at 6pm! Our Museum Manager will lead you on a guided tour through our current exhibition while you enjoy a delicious cocktail created by Metropole inspired by the artwork on display.

This month’s cocktail, ‘Khatun’, is inspired by the work Fresh Off the Boat I, 2023. Khatun, meaning noble woman, represents Asians coming to the United States, like the figure in Uuriintuya Dagvasambuu’s Fresh Off the Boat I. The cocktail combines an American whiskey with green tea and 5-spice- fennel, clove, anise, cinnamon and Szechuan- in an effort to create an Asian American cocktail.

Tickets are $20 and include the guided tour and an art inspired cocktail. (Sip & Tours have a maximum capacity be sure to buy your ticket early. Attendees must be 21+)
