In celebration of Bourbon Heritage Month, Proof on Main will partner with Woodford Reserve distillery for a special culinary event. This intimate, 3-course dinner will take place in the Private Dining Room on 09.06.12 at 7pm and will include conversation with Chirs Moris, Master Distiller at Woodford Reserve.

Executive Chef Levon Wallace will design a menu of canapés followed by 3 a course dinner, each paired with a respective Bourbon from Woodford Reserve’s collection.
